While the online user experience is crucial in any ecommerce workflow, in-store retail still demands strong attention to customer-facing touchpoints when designing end-to-end processes. We had the opportunity to build an application for Android and iOS devices, integrated with Honeywell Captuvo scanners, to help retailers keep fulfillment services in-house and maintain full control over service quality. Our focus was on improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency throughout the post–order submission process. We leveraged data on how third parties were fulfilling orders and the common issues customers faced, such as incorrect storage, to inform our design decisions. 
In the end, our design and product decisions centered on specific user tasks and workflows, making navigation straightforward and intuitive. Early user feedback was excellent, confirming that we were headed in the right direction. Below are some sample images from the project.
