A Design System to Serve Multiple Endpoints

After inheriting a suite of products, each with its own fragmented design language, our team recognized the need for a unified system that could scale across platforms and teams. We built a fully tokenized design system from the ground up, making visual and functional updates easy to implement and trace across codebases.

Designed with global reach in mind, the system supported localization needs for retailers in Latin America, Asia, and parts of the Middle East. To ensure alignment across disciplines, we created a comprehensive UX Guide used by designers, developers, and product marketing, along with a shared glossary of terms and abbreviations to keep internal and client-facing conversations consistent.

The result was a scalable, flexible foundation that streamlined collaboration and significantly improved operational efficiency, design workflows became 36% more efficient, and QA time was reduced by 16%. User experience improved, internal alignment strengthened, and development velocity increased across the board.

Here are some examples from this project.
